From M25 Junction 5, A21 to Hastings
Continue on A21 for approximately 18 miles. After 18 miles, at the Lamberhurst roundabout, take the first exit onto A262 heading to Goudhurst/Horsmonden/B2162. Go through Goudhurst village. After two miles turn right at the B2085/Glassenbury Road (in front of the Peacock Inn). After two miles, at the end of this road, turn left on the A229 Hartley Road. Then take the first right onto B2086/Swattenden Lane. After approx three miles on the brow of Mounts Hill you will see a sign to Mounts Farm or Freshwater Barn on the left. Take the gravel track. Freshwater Barn is the Second Gate (Oak) on the left with a gate Code. Please call prior. Thank you

From Tenterden
Leave Tenterden on A28 to Rolvenden. At Rolvenden turn right onto the A2068 to Benenden. Continue through Benenden Village and across crossroads. Pass Benenden Girls' School and take the first right onto a gravel track. Freshwater Barn is the second gate on the left. Thank you

Car Ferry and Channel Tunnel
Follow signs M20 (direction Ashford/London) and take M20 to Junction 9 (signposted Ashford). Follow signs to Tenterden A28. Then use our directions from Tenterden (above).
